All right... so this is where you sign up for the RPG. I might log on just 2-5 times a week so don't expect me to always be online. I'll always log on as Shorestar. Okay, first things first. No porn, swearing, insults (except in the RPG battles), etc. If me or my moderators catch you, you will receive a warning. Second time you may get banned. Yep, I'm that strict. Also, moderator tryouts... Have to be registered on the site for at least 2 months, have no warnings, and are able to pass my test. Or you know me personally. If you don't, then too bad. Okay, Newleaf Moon RPG rules are:

1. Yes, the cats talk. Do not make your cats just say "meow." You are allowed, however, to do "translations." Example: "Meow meow!" (I'm hungry!)

2. You HAVE to be active, unless you're me or a mod.

3. No humans or catchers. Remember, you're a cat, not a human. The only exception is if I put up a human-related prophecy.

4. The only "evil" cats are my event and plot team, who will role-play them.

5. To get on my event and plot team, your cat/s have to have died. But in order not to get suiciding their cats to get on my team, from time to time, I will choose who dies. I will also post the death. When your cat dies, most of you will either adopt or make a new one. I will choose who is in my team. All mods are automatically on my team. If you try to bribe a mod to tell you a plot, you will be warned.

6. When you battle, you do not choose if the attack hits or not. that is up to the opponent to decide. Why? To prevent "super attacking."
